The lack of customer service doesn't make less than a master piece this case with all of the features, bells and whistles , I've been testing, playing ,enjoying and of course watching videos using the stand mode , the first thing you experience is the quality, the solid materials, the ingenious design and of course the ability to use this case in different situations. i would improve the material of the ring to make it little bit more comfortable when you introduce your finger , if that make sense , feels hard and sharp . Other than that it's a case that I would recommend over many many on the market.
