Shipping orders
Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of processing payment, unless noted at the time order is placed or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through torraslife.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

When you place an order on the TORRAS website, you will receive a shipping info email from torraslife.com. Please check your email address.

Cancel your order
We’re sorry to hear that you’ll be canceling your order with us! We may be able to cancel your order for you if it hasn’t been processed out yet.Please contact our
Customer Support Team with your order number, and we will look into the status of the order and assist you accordingly.If your order has already been processed to ship, we will be unable to cancel your order.
Change your shipping method after placing an order
Once an order is placed, you will not be able to change the shipping method. Be sure to double-check before giving the go-ahead.
Track your order
After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from TORRAS. Please click on the link provided in the email to view the up-to-date tracking status of your package .You can also contact our dedicated customer support team at

Didn’t receive your package
If you think that your package is lost or delayed, please contact our
Customer Support Team with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can best assist you. We want to ensure that all our customers are able to receive and enjoy their products, and we will try our best to make that happen!
Have a problem after the order has been delivered
A timely notification and valid proof can help us resolve your issue(s) as quickly as possible. If you encounter any of the following problems with your order, please contact us at
mall@torraslife.com within three business days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue(s) you are having along with any other relevant information:

Damaged items in the package.

Items in the package are not the products you ordered or some items are missing.

The package is marked as having been signed for on the courier’s website, but you did not receive the package.
Delivery address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to TORRAS as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to TORRAS, please contact TORRAS to make arrangements for reshipment. The 13 continental U.S. states will not serve at this time:
