The first set of screen protector I ordered from Amazon had a defect with the install kit, so I messed up both of the protectors because the pull tabs were not working. But i contacted customer service and they quickly offered me to ship me a new set and this time everything was flawless. This protector is so good I thought that it had not gone on! I was surprised it was so much more invisible than the Onn I had. Highly recommend.
