Tip: Use an ice pack to freeze the PCM material if your room temperature is higher than 28 degree celcius!Overall this product managed to keep my body cool and has 3 stages of fan speed just like the neck fan. I only have a minor issue where some days the PCM material turns to liquid before use but it can be easily fixed using an ice pack and rub it for a while. Would highly recommend to pair it with the neck fan for full cooling.
