I'm usually quite pleased with Torras products, high quality and reliability, but this the first time one of my cases had a flaw, I purchased it thru amazon, and I contacted Torras support and was impressed with their customer support, Phoebe contacted me immediately, sent her pics, and a replacement was immediately issued....a couple of days later, my 15pro Max is again well protected. This case is very practical, being such a big phone , the O ring is so so convenient, and sturdy and strong magnetic, not cheap like other brands.

My family has used Torras cases for years now, this was the first time I ran into an issue where the ostand ring popped off the back. It wasn't something we've come across before and couldn't get it back on ourselves.
I reached out to customer service and let them know the issue, less than a week they had processed the warranty claim (within the 180 days) and sent me a new case. Special thanks to Shirley, she was friendly and swift; the process was easy and I will continue to buy these cases each time we get a new phone!

Im very happy with this Torres case. I had some for my old iPhone 12pro and now I have this one for my iPhone 15pro and I have to say that the Torres cases are amazing and they are really safety 😍 I also brought a screen protector and this is amazing too because u don’t see that u have an screen protector on your phone and the display is really clear and not like other screen protectors that u see that on the screen are one .
