Account & Membership

You can become a member by registering an account or completing your first purchase.

Membership is generally open to everyone without restrictions on age or region. However, certain promotions may have specific eligibility requirements. (In the United States, members must be at least 14 years old.)

No, membership is free. Simply follow the registration process to join.

Membership levels are determined based on your cumulative spending, earned points, or engagement level. Once the required criteria are met, your membership will be automatically upgraded.

Each membership level offers different benefits, such as exclusive discounts, birthday gifts, early access to new products, and other privileges.

You can view your current membership level and progress toward the next tier in “My Account > Membership Center.”
Points Earning & Usage

You can earn points by making purchases, participating in activities, or completing designated tasks.

Points can be used in the following ways:
Discount Redemption: Convert points into discount coupons. You can find them in “My Account > My Coupons” and apply them at checkout.
Product Redemption: Redeem points for selected gifts or branded merchandise in the “Points Mall.” After redemption, enter the provided code at checkout to receive the item for free.

Most points are credited instantly. However, points from certain events or completed orders may be added after confirmation.

You can view your available, used, and expired points in “My Account > Points Details.”

If you used points on an order that was later refunded, the points will be returned to your account according to the refund policy.

Points are displayed in your account center, order page, and checkout page.

Unfortunately, points cannot be merged between different accounts.

Points are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold.

Some activities may have daily, single-use, or annual limits. Please refer to the specific activity rules for details.

Points and coupons cannot be used together. Only one type of discount can be applied per order.
Validity & Tier Rules

Basic membership is valid indefinitely. Higher-tier memberships are usually valid for one year or by cycle.

Points are valid for one calendar year and will be cleared at the end of the year. Please refer to the detailed rules for more information.

Yes, we will send an email notification before your points expire.

Membership tiers are determined based on your activity during each calendar year.
For example, if you reach the Gold tier in November 2025, you will enjoy Gold-tier benefits for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026.
In 2026, you must earn enough points again to maintain your Gold status for 2027. If you do not meet the requirement, your tier will be adjusted based on the points you earned during that year.
Points Redemption & Orders

Redeemed products are shipped via official logistics channels. Delivery range and shipping fees are subject to the terms displayed on the redemption page.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after redemption. Please refer to your tracking information for updates.

Redeemed products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges or additional payments for redeemed products are not supported. Please confirm product details before redeeming.

Orders placed using points do not contribute to your spending total and do not earn additional points.
