Great product!I've been using it for two days now and enjoying it. TORRAS is number one as always! The new COOLiFY Air is very similar to the old models, but I think it lasts longer on a single charge and is cheaper than the previous ones. It is very light and fits comfortably around the neck. One problem is finding the control buttons when the COOLiFY Air is on my neck, but I quickly got used to it and can easily find it by touch. I hope in the next model they will highlight the buttons so that they can be found easier. Very convenient and comfortable, I definitely recommend it.

Best cooling neck fan for larger necks

Purchased a neck fan for someone with a 20 inch neck. After searching many, this was a great option. Adjustable and remained there vs collapsing around the neck once on. Fans were great. Haven’t used it to rate anything further.

The product is good at keeping you cool or warming you up

I do miss Bluetooth but still getting use to it. I find it a nice product overall.

Will update review after I've used it for a while(also support has been great and vary nice to talk to and really interested in customers opinions unlike most companies)

Cooling neck fan

It works very well and helps me to stay cool in the summer heat. It's light weight and not heavy on the neck at all.

Does a good job

The cooler makes a BIG difference in temperature tolerance. It was a pleasure to use. It is slightly noisy and I couldn't always get the cooling mode on but all in all a good buy.
