All TORRAS products purchased through the Official Amazon TORRAS Store have a limited warranty from the date of packaging delivery.

Can I link my Amazon orders to my Torras membership account？

Yes, you can register an account by clicking the profile icon in the upper right corner, and then earn points equal to the order amount (1 USD = 1 point) by submitting your Amazon order. These points can be redeemed for gifts on this website. You can also earn 50 points by clicking to fill out a user story.

What should I do if the item I receive is damaged?

To solve this problem, please feel free to contact us at any time. Please attach relevant photos of the product and screenshots of the order. We’ll ensure that you a smooth shopping experience.

Why doesn't the item I received match my device?

This issue might be caused by a mismatch between the product model and your device model, or it’s possible that an incorrect item was sent. In either case, please contact us directly.
