This TORRAS 3 is fantastic! The plates actually get cold and cools the neck.

I love this for cooling myself off! The plates cool quickly and the fans are powerful and placed in great locations. The ability to use it while plugged in is perfect for me, and I am excited to use the heating feature once the summer is over and the cold winter comes along. My one big issue is that the Bluetooth connection to my phone stopped working and I haven’t been able to fix that. I’ll update my review if I’m able to fix it. The customer support people were quick and responsive in pointing me to the right product support team (Amazon, in this case, who are not very helpful).My second small complaint is that if you have longer hair and don’t let it drape completely over the fan or have whispy pieces that are just the right length, they might occasionally get pulled by the fan intake or go right into the fan itself, which can hurt a little. I hope in future designs they rectify this with some simple safeguards.Other than that it’s amazing. it cools quickly and the battery lasts a very long time if you are conservative, and a very appropriate amount of time if you are running it at full blast. It performs perfectly well when plugged into an external source and is great on the go. Worth the money, especially for people with temperature regulation disorders such as myself.

I like the limited version it has a very cold feel on the neck during a hot day. I actually leave it on in my car, and it makes the air conditioner cooler than the air conditioner working on it's own! I just turn it to recirculate, the car gets colder quicker... and the temp stays colder the whole time while driving home in 100+ deg weather. The warm function gets very warm but I have not used it on a cold day yet. When I use the cold function and I have left it on for twenty minutes, I can still feel the frost on my neck about 15 minutes later with it off my neck. This gives you an idea of what this thing is capable of. It also has the fan function too! I ran the fan function for a few seconds to make sure it works but have not used it. There is two different neck devices there is an Air Conditioner and then there are regular fans. The Coolify 3 Limited Version is an Air Conditioner with a fan mode installed. It does have a fan mode, cool mode, heat mode with three power settings per mode. Fans are priced at like $20 to $100 and Air Conditioners are priced at $200 to $400. I went with Coolify 3 Limited version because it had great reviews on You Tube and written reviews too!

I do love this fan. When you first put it on it's heavenly. However, after wearing it for a few minutes, you stop feeling the cooling plates. Yes, it does work, just be aware that the cooling plates either heat up from the heat of your body, OR your body gets used to it and you just stop feeling them, and it becomes a regular neck fan. I just don't know if I would recommend it or not, simply because of the cost. But it is something that can help, even if it's for a short time. I have had it for a few years now, and I take it with me to Disneyland/Disney World during the hot months. So, even though it may not be a solution to the heat, it does help.

I recently purchased the Coolify 2. What a great product! 80 to 90° days getting in to the store or across a hot parking lot when you’re older it will keep you cool they can be 90° outside and this thing just works! I will wear in my house sometimes when it gets warm enough and I don’t wanna turn on the air conditioner because of cost I will put it around my neck and turn it on and put it to cool and the pads on the side of it, they get very cold, and within minutes my whole body is cooled down, saving me the money from having to run my air conditioner. I am a former Marine, and I am paralyzed my work now requires me to be outdoors a little bit more and I am going to get the coolify3 because I have high demands for cooling due to the fact that I’m paralyzed because I am paralyzed. I cannot regulate the temperature of my body and the coolifi2 helps a lot. The reason I’m going to the coolify3 is because it’s got more cooling pads to it and I can plug it in with a charging brick in my pocket or on my wheelchair and stay cool all day. I also bought one of qualifies fans it doesn’t have the cold strips. It just blows air and I gave it to my wife and she loved it! Her hair didn’t get caught in the fan it’s just for beautifully for her, and it lasts all day , she works out in the Gardner and she gets hot and starts to sweat and it’s been an ongoing thing and so when I bought her this she was ecstatic. So I highly recommend this product if you’re anywhere from 45 to 65 to 85. This can bring much relief to those who suffer from the heat older we get and I’m 16 the less tolerance we have for hot weather and hot rooms the coolify2 and the coolifi 2S and the Coolify 3 will have you covered turn it on for a few minutes 5 to 10 minutes and you cool right down and then you’ll take it off to warm up a little and when you start to warm up again, you put it back on. It’s awesome! I really have no complaints for me. I have disabilities. I have a 6 to 7° tolerance in either direction of hot or cold that I can take before I need to be cooled down instantly. Now that the heat from the summer has hit I use it more and more And I crave even more of the Coolify technology to help keep me cool and avoid a heat stroke. There’s also the coolifi2 S if you don’t want to have as many cooling pads as I need and you want all day performance, then you Coolify 3 and the Coolify 2S can have a charging block plugged in to it And you can charge it while you’re wearing it and keep it running. For an active person that is the thing for you you won’t be disappointed in any of their products they’re well-made. They’re well crafted and I highly recommend it.

I own the Coolify 2 and loved it then this gem caught my eye. Since I purchased it, it has helped me get through this hot summer. You can use it with or without the app though the app will allow you to set the unit's fan speed independently on the 2 sides and the one back fan. It has 3 big ice cold cold plates that will instantly cool down your neck and the air blows over these plates allowing it to be cooled also. I've found that setting it on either low or medium work's best at cooling down the air. The only problem I've had is a malfunction in the unit but as soon as I messaged the company, I received a call from one of the best customer service personnel I have ever talked to and she has done a wonderful job at getting my unit replaced as quick as possible. I should add that my device was the only one out of 7 devices that had a problem. I highly recommend the Coolify 3 to anyone who doesn't work in air conditioning. Even if you do work in air-conditioning but it doesn't feel like enough or if you're outside doing yard work, watching your kids sports team, going on a walk or any activity, this unit will help keep you cool. But wait, there's more. Not only does it have a fan setting and cold setting, this bad boy also has heat for those cold winter days. The Coolify 3 really is a secret weapon against the elements. Trust me, you will not regret getting yourself or a loved one the Coolify 3.

I did a lot of research before I paid $300 for this pricey item. I figured battery life would be nowhere near what is advertised but I also thought that it might last longer than 2 hours at best on high mode. I live in Central Florida so the heat index is absolutely insane right now. As most have stated it is not air conditioned cold unless of course you're inside an air conditioned building. Nothing about this "neck" fan screams whole body because it doesn't cool my whole body and I'm only 5 foot. It does however get my neck and collarbone and almost up to my ears. I have also tried every which way to put my hair up and I still get a few stragglers that end up pulling into the back of the fan which is insanely annoying. What I will say though is when paired with the waist fan it does feel much better than the hot air blowing around. I'm sure the technology in this thing with the cooling plates is the reason for the hefty price tag but not sure if I'd buy another with the problems I seem to be experiencing. Also I've downloaded the app followed instructions and it never saves my last setting of use and after 2 or 3 days connected I have to disconnect and reconnect to the app. Which is also insanely annoying! I use the app more so to see what the battery life percentage is since it is more accurate than looking at the bars on the headset itself. I'm kind of disappointed which is why I rated 3 stars. I'll change rating higher if app stops crashing.

I don't have central air-conditioning and my home office gets really warm. There are fans and portable air conditioners but still it gets too hot for me. I tried the Coolify 3 today after getting it and charging it. SUCH a huge difference! I'm not sure how it'd be if you are sitting in direct sunlight but for inside I actually stayed cooler even after taking it off.The downsides are the battery usage times (if you're sitting in a warm office all day, you'd want this to work the majority of the day without having to stop and wait 3 hours for it to charge) and the noise. The noise makes sense, you have a fan going on right near your ears.It was comfortable to have on, no complaints there. If I could have anything "fixed" from my two not-as-great observations, it would be the battery life for sure. It's worth getting though especially if you tend to react poorly to heat.
