30 Days Return

  
You have the option to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase,  as long as the product remains undamaged. Please note, however, that this refund policy may not be applicable to business purchases or bulk orders, typically defined as orders consisting of more than 10 products.
  

Cancel Order

 

You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If necessary, please contact us to cancel by sending an email to mall@torraslife.com.

Return Or Exchange Shipping Fees

  

If the return or exchange is due to product quality problems, TORRAS will be responsible for all shipping costs. However, if the return or exchange is due to non-quality issues, you will be responsible for the associated shipping charges. After initiating the return process, we will process the refund within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email notification when your order is successfully refunded. Please note that the specific refund arrival time may be affected by the processing speed of different banks. TORRAS reserves the right to adjust product prices displayed on our website at any time and correct any unintentional pricing errors. However, we offer a 14-day price guarantee. If you make a purchase and we lower the price of the product within 14 calendar days, please contact us at mall@torraslife.com to request a refund of the difference. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the price drop. Please note that the price protection only applies to purchases made on our official website, torraslife.com, and does not extend to third-party websites or time-limited sales events, such as Black Friday or Amazon Prime Day.
