I purchased this case few months ago and was very satisfied with it. It's sturdy and very light weight. After a couple of months the spring loosen up and loss it's ability to stand. I reach out to customer service and explain the issue. Amy response to my email right away and explain that Although it is tested that the bracket works well after 10,000 switch times, problems may still occur under long-term external pressure. This make sense just like any other cases. She then explain about 180 days of replacement service and lifetime consultative support which not a lot of customer knows about it. I was so happy to find out about this. Right on that spot she ordered the replacement and she made sure I received it right away. After 2 days, I received the case and could'nt be more happier. I will choose torras over and over again due to their excellent product and Fantastic customer service. I will continue to recommend the product to others as they never dissapoint me. The product(only 1 of them) arrived and its a great product. The remaining missing item is still missing after 10 days despite email fm their support saying 6-8 days.

Need a lot of improvement on supply chain and logistics.

The case is as advertised - slim, light and is resistant to standard drops with no damage. The kick stand is good - and allows for multi angle and multi height viewing and after a month of use, it has withstood twisting and turning (feels a touch flimsy but clearly sturdy enough). Furthermore, I originally got sent the wrong size for my phone, but without hesitation, TORRAS resent the correct size without additional charge. Clearly great customer service. Would recommend.
